Job Summary
To shape and scale the operating model for the Customer Excellence Group, the full-time Director of Organizational Excellence will own the design of role mandates and collaboration models, ensuring alignment across the organization while partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Own role mandates and design architecture, maintaining clear role definitions and accountability across the Customer Excellence Group
- Evolve the collaboration model to optimize role interactions and manage interdependencies, acting as a thought partner for transformation initiatives
- Lead the Org Design Board to ensure organizational design principles are current, consistent, and effectively governed
Required qualifications:
- Proven expertise in organizational design, role architecture, and operating model development within large organizations
- Familiarity with organizational effectiveness and the Customer Excellence operating model
- Experience in building and scaling role communities or capability networks
- 12+ years in organizational design, strategic operations, or related leadership roles within a global technology or SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success in influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across global organizations without formal authority
