Job Summary
To shape and scale the operating model for the Customer Excellence Group, the full-time Director of Organizational Excellence will own the design of role mandates and organizational frameworks while partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Own role mandates and design architecture, maintaining clear role definitions and accountability across the Customer Excellence Group
- Evolve the collaboration model to optimize role interactions and manage interdependencies within the organization
- Lead the Org Design Board and maintain the organizational design blueprint to ensure principles are current and effectively governed
Required qualifications:
- Proven expertise in organizational design and role architecture within large, complex organizations
- Experience translating business strategy into scalable organizational structures and competency frameworks
- Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and driving alignment in global, matrixed organizations
- Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity into actionable solutions
- 12+ years of experience in organizational design, strategic operations, or related leadership roles in a global technology or SaaS environment
