Director of OSP Construction

Job Summary

Leading the Telecommunications Division, the full-time salaried Director of OSP Construction will oversee OSP construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in alignment with company goals and quality standards in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an end-to-end construction model to standardize processes and tracking
• Oversee construction field operations, including supervision of in-house crews and subcontractors
• Recruit, manage, and grow the OSP Construction team while cultivating relationships with customers and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7-9 years of experience in telecommunications, including ISP/OSP operations
• Strong understanding of industry standards and emerging trends in fiber and telecom infrastructure
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams to achieve organizational objectives
• Demonstrated expertise in project budget management, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Comprehensive understanding of network topologies, including switching, access, and transport layers
