Director of OSP Program Controls

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional organization, the full-time Director of OSP Program Controls will manage contract governance, financial oversight, and material procurement for long haul OSP programs, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance while working primarily onsite with some remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Long Haul Controls team in contract management, CAPEX reporting, and quality compliance
• Oversee the drafting and administration of OSP construction contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and technical requirements
• Provide organization-wide visibility into schedules, financial impacts, and risk profiles while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum of ten years of experience in telecom, fiber construction, or related infrastructure industries
• At least five years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Proven expertise in contract management, including drafting and negotiation
• Strong knowledge of capital planning, financial reporting, and budget management
