Director of Out-of-State Medicaid

Job Summary

Responsible for driving performance and operational execution, the full-time remote Director of Out-of-State Medicaid will oversee multiple teams, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and client expectations while optimizing resource allocation and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams through established goals and performance metrics to meet revenue expectations
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes to ensure strong leadership and team effectiveness
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support operational transformation initiatives across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
• 7-10 years of management or supervisory experience with teams of 10 or more
• 6+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, information technology, or managed care industry
• Strong understanding of insurance billing, revenue cycle processes, and financial metrics
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with client-facing roles
