Director of Outbound Engagement

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of outbound engagement capabilities, the full-time Director of Outbound Engagement will define and execute product strategies to enhance AI-driven communication experiences across voice and digital channels in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the multi-year strategy for outbound engagement platforms across various channels
• Lead the integration of AI-powered virtual agents into outbound solutions to enhance customer engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute roadmaps for outbound campaign management and AI capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management or leadership in enterprise software or customer engagement platforms
• Proven track record in leading large-scale outbound engagement and campaign management initiatives
• Strong knowledge of AI, automation, and orchestration technologies
• Experience in delivering enterprise SaaS or cloud-native platform capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategies within complex organizations
