Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Outbound Sales to lead their Sales Development Representative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive an effective integrated inbound and outbound SDR motion for the life sciences software business
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the global SDR team and provide leadership and coaching
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the effective handoff of qualified leads
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years in a lead/management role
- 5+ years in an inbound/outbound SDR environment for SaaS software
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in SF.com and other sales tools like Pardot, 6sense, and Salesloft
