Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Outbound Sales to lead their Sales Development Representative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive an effective integrated inbound and outbound SDR motion for the life sciences software business
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the global SDR team and provide leadership and coaching
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the effective handoff of qualified leads
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years in a lead/management role
  • 5+ years in an inbound/outbound SDR environment for SaaS software
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in SF.com and other sales tools like Pardot, 6sense, and Salesloft
