Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Owner Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the ownership journey from onboarding through active ownership and resale
• Lead and develop a team of Owner Experience Managers and Agents to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Own the strategy and governance for resale listings and oversee multi-channel service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality or high-end property management
• Director-level ownership of end-to-end client or owner experience across a long-term lifecycle
• Experience managing a 24/7, multi-channel service organization
• Strong understanding of real estate listing strategy and transaction processes
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams in luxury environments
