Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in packaging development engineering
• Strong skills in SolidWorks for transforming concepts into manufacturable designs
• Experience with FMEA and quality assurance processes
• Ability to oversee patent activities and collaborate with external counsel
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
