Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Paid Growth Marketing to scale and evolve their paid patient acquisition engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the paid growth investment strategy and manage performance against CAC and acquisition volume targets
  • Oversee the full paid portfolio, integrating digital and offline channels into a unified strategy
  • Develop and scale the paid growth team while operationalizing creative testing roadmaps
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in leading revenue-driving paid B2C acquisition programs
  • Experience managing significant paid budgets across in-house digital and agency-supported offline channels
  • Strong forecasting discipline and experience building bottom-up acquisition models
  • Hands-on analytical fluency with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and BI tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams
