Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director of Paid Media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversion rates (CVR)
  • Lead the in-house paid media team, including hiring and training new talent
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in DTC paid media with a focus on managing $1M+ monthly ad spend
  • Proven experience in building and scaling paid media teams

  • Data-driven with proficiency in analytics and performance metrics
