Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Paid Media who will own revenue, retention, and the standard of excellence for the Paid Media department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect and improve net revenue retention and grow revenue within the existing paid media client base
  • Define and own the long-term vision for Paid Media, ensuring service excellence and continuous evolution of offerings
  • Hire, develop, and retain top-tier paid media leaders while managing departmental performance and accountability
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of paid media experience, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS
  • 4+ years of experience leading teams, including senior-level managers or leads
  • Proven experience managing enterprise paid media budgets ($50k+/month)
  • Demonstrated success in driving expansion revenue and retention
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with strong knowledge of Meta
