Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the long-term vision for the Paid Media department, ensuring service excellence
- Lead and develop a team of senior paid media leaders while maintaining senior client relationships
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of paid media experience, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS
- 4+ years of experience in leadership roles, managing senior-level teams
- Proven experience managing enterprise paid media budgets of $50k+/month
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with knowledge of Meta
- Strong understanding of pipeline, attribution, and revenue reporting
