Job Summary
Driving the strategy for organic search recovery and paid acquisition, the full-time remote Director of Paid Media and Growth will manage external agencies, prioritize initiatives, and leverage data to enhance traffic, conversion, and revenue for the e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the SEO strategy to recover and grow organic performance, addressing technical issues and optimizing content
- Lead paid acquisition efforts across channels, managing agency performance and driving audience segmentation and testing agendas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective execution of the growth agenda
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in growth, SEO, and/or paid acquisition, with a mix of in-house and agency experience
- Proven technical SEO expertise, including site performance, structured data, and content strategy
- Strong background in managing paid acquisition across major platforms, focusing on audience segmentation and first-party data activation
- Experience in e-commerce, preferably with Shopify or headless commerce environments
- Ability to analyze complex data and convert insights into actionable recommendations with measurable outcomes
