Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Paid Performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid acquisition strategy across Google and Meta
- Manage channel mix, budget allocation, and performance reporting to executives
- Oversee agency relationships and cross-functional partnerships post-foundation rebuilding
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of experience in paid media, with at least 4 years in digitally native DTC brands
- Proven management of paid budgets exceeding $4M annually, preferably in subscription or supplement sectors
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience conducting incrementality tests and fluency in modern tracking and attribution methods
- Background in transitioning paid programs between in-house and agency models
