Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Paid Performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid acquisition strategy across Google and Meta
  • Manage channel mix, budget allocation, and performance reporting to executives
  • Oversee agency relationships and cross-functional partnerships post-foundation rebuilding
Required Qualifications
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in paid media, with at least 4 years in digitally native DTC brands
  • Proven management of paid budgets exceeding $4M annually, preferably in subscription or supplement sectors
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience conducting incrementality tests and fluency in modern tracking and attribution methods
  • Background in transitioning paid programs between in-house and agency models
