Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time opportunity as a Director of Paid Search, responsible for managing client campaigns, leading best-practice initiatives, and optimizing delivery processes while working collaboratively with the Head of Practice in various U.S. locations.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and measure high-impact Paid Search campaigns for clients
  • Lead the development of best-practice roadmaps and ensure adherence to guidelines and processes
  • Act as a senior point of escalation for clients, ensuring timely and quality delivery of work
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Paid Search delivery with a proven track record of campaign optimization
  • Strong understanding of automation, processes, and technology adoption in Paid Search
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Natural problem solver with a passion for client satisfaction and continuous learning
  • Ability to communicate confidently and authentically while fostering knowledge growth in others
