Job Summary
Experienced marketers will find a full-time opportunity as a Director of Paid Search, responsible for managing client campaigns, leading best-practice initiatives, and optimizing delivery processes while working collaboratively with the Head of Practice in various U.S. locations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and measure high-impact Paid Search campaigns for clients
- Lead the development of best-practice roadmaps and ensure adherence to guidelines and processes
- Act as a senior point of escalation for clients, ensuring timely and quality delivery of work
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Paid Search delivery with a proven track record of campaign optimization
- Strong understanding of automation, processes, and technology adoption in Paid Search
- Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Natural problem solver with a passion for client satisfaction and continuous learning
- Ability to communicate confidently and authentically while fostering knowledge growth in others
