Job Summary
To support a growing Paid Media team, the full-time remote Director of Paid Search will manage paid search and shopping strategies for clients, oversee budgets, and mentor team members while driving new revenue opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Own paid search and shopping strategy across assigned clients
- Supervise client budgets and coordinate with other paid media Directors for overarching strategy development
- Lead team meetings, educate staff on best practices, and ensure quality assurance on campaign execution
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in paid search and shopping campaigns
- 3+ years of experience managing direct reports and fostering career growth
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid search automation
- Experience with AI capabilities and their application in paid search
- Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform, particularly Search Ads 360
