Job Summary
To lead SEM strategy and team development across a portfolio of DTC and ecommerce clients, the full-time salaried Director of Paid Search will manage paid search initiatives, oversee campaign performance, and enhance internal processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee media buying and strategy for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, ensuring campaign optimization and performance monitoring
- Facilitate client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships to drive business development and enhance agency reputation
- Manage and mentor a team of SEM professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting operational excellence
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of in-platform experience with Google Ads, with a focus on DTC/ecommerce businesses
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing large teams and achieving significant business results
- Strong strategic thinking skills to develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret large data sets and provide actionable insights
- Experience managing and optimizing product feeds
