Job Summary
Owning the performance and growth of the paid search practice, the full-time remote Director of Paid Search will lead strategy for complex accounts, mentor a high-performing team, manage P&L, and ensure client satisfaction across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic discussions and oversee complex campaigns to ensure exceptional ROI and client outcomes
- Develop and optimize tailored paid search programs while introducing innovative tools and trends
- Manage department P&L, drive revenue growth, and lead pitches as the subject-matter expert
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid search/SEM, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on data-driven optimization
- Proven track record of client retention, revenue growth, and successful escalation recovery
- Experience managing a team P&L and influencing profitability
- Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams, including remote or offshore contributors
