Job Summary
To lead SEM strategy and team development for a portfolio of DTC and ecommerce clients, the full-time salaried Director of Paid Search will oversee planning, execution, and optimization of paid search initiatives across various platforms while enhancing internal processes and cross-channel integration.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage media buying, planning, and performance monitoring for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns
- Facilitate successful client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships to drive business development
- Lead and mentor a team of SEM Managers and Analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of in-platform experience with Google Ads, with a focus on DTC/ecommerce businesses
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams and driving business results
- Strong strategic thinking skills to develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies
- Advanced analytical skills for interpreting large data sets and providing actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex information clearly
