Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Paid Social to manage and scale Meta advertising efforts for customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Meta ad account, managing daily spend, budget allocation, and campaign optimization
  • Lead a creative team to produce and test a high volume of ad variants while maintaining performance targets
  • Collaborate with the CRO analyst to ensure ad-to-landing-page congruence and optimize conversion rates
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing Meta ad spend of $50K+ per day on a single brand
  • Proven ability to scale ad spend from $10K to $100K daily while maintaining target metrics
  • Strong background in creative strategy and team leadership, with experience in managing creative teams
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with a focus on metrics like ncROAS and CAC
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with a focus on urgency and accountability
