Job Summary

To lead and evolve the Paid Social division, the full-time salaried Director of Paid Social will provide visionary leadership, mentor teams, and drive agency-wide growth and innovation while ensuring alignment with client objectives and broader agency goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the long-term vision for the Paid Social division, ensuring alignment with agency goals and client objectives
  • Identify opportunities to transform operations, processes, and client offerings to drive scalable growth
  • Manage and mentor a team, guiding strategy, leadership, and performance management
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Paid Social, with a strong record of leading teams and scaling digital marketing operations
  • At least 3 years of management experience
  • Expertise running campaigns for DTC e-commerce brands is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence agency-wide initiatives
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and strategic foresight
