Job Summary
To lead and evolve the Paid Social division, the full-time salaried Director of Paid Social will define strategic vision, manage a team, and drive agency-wide growth and innovation while ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the long-term vision for the Paid Social division, ensuring alignment with agency goals and client objectives
- Identify opportunities to transform operations and client offerings to drive scalable growth
- Manage and mentor a team, guiding strategy, leadership, and performance management
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Paid Social, with a strong record of leading teams and scaling digital marketing operations
- At least 3 years of management experience
- Expertise running campaigns for DTC e-commerce brands is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence agency-wide initiatives
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and strategic foresight
