Job Summary

Leading full-funnel paid social strategy, the full-time Director of Paid Social will manage execution, optimization, and measurement for a portfolio of high-growth clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business results in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Developing and executing paid social strategies across various platforms, including Meta and TikTok, while managing significant media budgets
  • Serving as a senior partner to clients, leading strategic conversations, performance readouts, and growth planning discussions
  • Coaching and developing a team of 4-6 direct reports, providing guidance on strategy, execution, and performance management
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in paid media with a focus on paid social strategy and client leadership
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok, along with familiarity with additional platforms like Pinterest and Snapchat
  • Experience managing six- to seven-figure monthly media budgets, particularly in fast-paced ecommerce or CPG environments
  • Proven ability to lead strategic client conversations and build trusted relationships
  • History of managing and developing direct reports, including performance management and career development
