Owning the paid social acquisition strategy for both homeowners and service providers, the full-time Director of Paid Social Marketing will manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring profitable spend while building and leading a team as the channel scales in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies for multiple audiences and service categories
- Manage full-funnel campaigns, from awareness to conversion, while optimizing budget allocation and performance
- Establish a robust creative testing framework to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency
Required qualifications
