Job Summary
To expand a strategic partnership ecosystem, the full-time remote Director of Partner Alliances will design and execute a referral program, develop relationships with consulting firms, and collaborate with internal teams to drive pipeline growth and brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage a high-impact referral program targeting top consultancies and advisors
- Identify and develop new business relationships with leading consulting firms to drive referral partnerships
- Establish KPIs and reporting cadence to measure partner engagement and revenue contribution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partner alliance programs or channel sales within enterprise SaaS or B2B technology environments
- Demonstrated success in designing and scaling referral or channel programs with measurable impact
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders at consulting firms and technology partners
- Strong understanding of partner marketing, go-to-market planning, and co-selling motions
