Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Partner Business Development - CRM Partner Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to drive growth across key technologies and develop partner go-to-market strategies
• Engage with key partners to incorporate CRM technologies into their business strategies and solution architectures
• Develop business plans with partners to create joint CRM pipeline and collaborate with sales teams for execution

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in partner business development or enterprise software business development
• Proven success in driving partner-led business development and joint pipeline creation
• Deep understanding of the CRM market and partner monetization strategies
• Experience in complex global partner ecosystems
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
