Job Summary
To drive new sales initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Partner Development will focus on establishing and nurturing partnerships within the fundraising sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage potential partners for fundraising opportunities
- Manage relationships with existing partners to enhance collaboration and maximize fundraising potential
- Analyze market trends and partner performance to inform strategic decision-making and optimize outreach efforts
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in partner development or sales, preferably in the fundraising or nonprofit sector
- Strong understanding of fundraising strategies and partnership dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
