Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Development Director, AMER, responsible for building and leading a team to drive partner-influenced revenue and growth within the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to achieve and exceed quarterly targets
  • Manage and develop first-line Managers to effectively coach and grow Partner Development Managers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive partner-influenced revenue and remove barriers

Qualifications:
  • Experience leading partner development or channel teams in a SaaS or technology-based environment
  • Deep understanding of partner and channel programs
  • Experience with change management and navigating complexity and ambiguity
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, including hiring and mentoring successful teams
  • Ability to create an inclusive team environment that fosters trust and empowerment
