Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Development Director, AMER, responsible for building and leading a team to drive partner-influenced revenue and growth within the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to achieve and exceed quarterly targets
- Manage and develop first-line Managers to effectively coach and grow Partner Development Managers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive partner-influenced revenue and remove barriers
Qualifications:
- Experience leading partner development or channel teams in a SaaS or technology-based environment
- Deep understanding of partner and channel programs
- Experience with change management and navigating complexity and ambiguity
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including hiring and mentoring successful teams
- Ability to create an inclusive team environment that fosters trust and empowerment
