Job Summary

To elevate partner engagement and success, the remote Director of Partner Digital Transformation will define and drive a holistic digital transformation strategy, focusing on AI-driven experiences and personalized learning for partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a digital transformation strategy that enhances partner experiences through AI and digital tools
• Lead the integration of Agentic AI platforms to simplify workflows and provide personalized engagement for partners
• Develop and execute high-impact enablement programs, including training and digital learning, to maximize partner success

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in partner enablement, ecosystem strategy, or customer success
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field
• Proven experience designing and scaling AI platforms or advanced digital experiences
• Strong data and analytics skills to define KPIs and measure partner journey improvements
• Exceptional relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
