Job Summary
Leading the performance and growth of partner distribution, the full-time salaried Director of Partner Distribution will oversee a team while driving strategic initiatives to enhance partner engagement and profitability in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Partner Account Executives and Partner Development Managers
- Develop and execute growth strategies across strategic, emerging, and developing partner segments
- Monitor partner performance metrics and collaborate with Revenue Operations to support forecasting and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Insurance, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in insurance distribution, partner management, or sales leadership
- Proven success in leading revenue-generating teams and driving partner growth initiatives
- Experience managing agency, broker, or hybrid distribution relationships preferred
- Experience developing scalable distribution and engagement strategies
