Director of Partner Execution Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of Strategic Partner Execution Managers, the remote Director of Partner Execution Management will define and evolve operational strategies, drive partner performance, and ensure alignment with business goals in a high-accountability environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, establishing clear expectations and performance standards
• Define the strategic direction and performance framework for assigned partner portfolios to meet revenue objectives
• Design and continuously improve the operating model to support partner portfolios, enhancing operational execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales operations, or partner management
• 7-10 years of experience in partner-facing leadership or business operations, preferably within telecom or technology
• Proven ability to lead teams supporting high-value partner portfolios and indirect channels
• Strong understanding of revenue drivers and performance-based operating frameworks
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
