Job Summary
To lead a significant region of partners and drive strategic outcomes, the full-time Director of Partner Impact will manage relationships, develop regional strategies, and oversee a team of Partner Impact Managers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a large region of partners, focusing on outcomes and renewals
- Develop regional strategies and manage critical senior relationships and accounts
- Engage with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes and align cross-functional efforts across Product, Clinical, Sales, and Operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or Business Administration preferred
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, nonprofit strategy, or public-sector/impact-program leadership, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in building or scaling partner- or impact-facing functions in mission-driven environments
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both health system executives and community health workers
- Experience translating complex data for senior executives and building data-backed storytelling into reporting
