Job Summary

Director of Partner Launch PMO, responsible for establishing and leading the Partner Launch PMO function, ensuring effective governance of complex partner launches in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Partner Launch PMO operating model and governance frameworks
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage risks and ensure timely resolution of launch-critical issues
• Oversee the delivery of strategic programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Proven track record of building or scaling a PMO function and designing governance frameworks
• Experience managing partner launches or implementation delivery programs in technology or SaaS
• Familiarity with AI partnerships and the complexities they introduce
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across organizations
