Director of Partner Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Partner Management to build and enable a global ecosystem of System Integrator partners for their SaaS telecom products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the System Integrator partner strategy aligned with company objectives
• Design and maintain structured onboarding programs and enablement materials for partners
• Track partner performance and implement continuous improvement processes

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Partner Management, Professional Services, or Consulting within a SaaS or telecom software environment
• Proven experience onboarding and enabling System Integrators
• Strong understanding of SaaS telecom platforms
• Experience supporting partner-led implementations in complex environments
• Strong program management and stakeholder coordination skills
