Director of Partner Management

Job Summary

Driving strategic partnerships, the full-time remote Director of Partner Management will manage key relationships with partners, execute go-to-market strategies, and lead cross-functional initiatives to create value in the AI enterprise landscape.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key partner stakeholders and internal teams across Salesforce
• Design and implement go-to-market strategies for partnerships, including product launches and ongoing initiatives
• Evangelize the partnership to internal and external audiences, delivering quarterly business reviews and strategic communication assets

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in an enterprise technology organization
• Experience with hyperscalers or leading AI companies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Deep understanding of the AI and cloud ecosystem, including competitive landscapes
