Job Summary
To drive partner growth and sales effectiveness, the full-time Director of Partner Management will manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle for the Governance and Risk practice at Deloitte, collaborating cross-functionally and executing go-to-market strategies in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own partner lifecycle management, including joint business planning and performance tracking
- Drive partner pipeline development and engage Deloitte partners in customer opportunities
- Conduct business reviews and coach Deloitte teams to enhance partner readiness and governance
Required qualifications
- 10-15+ years in partner management or ecosystem roles within enterprise software or consulting
- Strong understanding of partner-led and co-sell sales motions
- Experience in Governance, Risk, Security, and Operational Technology businesses
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams in complex environments
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies through partner ecosystems
