Director of Partner Management

Job Summary

Driving partner engagement and pipeline execution, the full-time Director of Partner Management will oversee the Governance and Risk practice strategy at Deloitte, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance partner growth and sales effectiveness in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle for Deloitte, including joint business planning and performance tracking
• Collaborate with field sales to drive partner pipeline development and deal progression
• Conduct business reviews and governance forums with Deloitte partners to track performance metrics and manage partner risk

Required qualifications

• 10-15+ years in partner management, alliances, or ecosystem roles within enterprise software or consulting services
• Strong understanding of partner-led and co-sell sales motions, particularly in Governance, Risk, and Security
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams in complex, matrixed environments
• Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies through partner ecosystems
• Strong communication skills for aligning stakeholders on roles and execution plans
