Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor early performance of partners and maintain relationships to ensure operational stability
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in partner onboarding, partner operations, fintech, lending, or financial services
- Proven experience leading complex partner integrations or onboarding programs
- Strong understanding of consumer lending and loan origination workflows
- Experience managing cross-functional delivery with product, engineering, and operations teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent partner launches
