Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Partner Operations to oversee the operational framework of its partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve the operational framework for the partner program, including tiers and incentive structures
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for partner performance and pipeline health
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance to optimize partner processes
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Channel Operations, or Partner Operations in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company
- 3+ years in a leadership or management role with experience scaling operations functions
- Deep understanding of the partner/channel ecosystem, including various partner models
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and partner relationship management tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in BI tools and Excel/Google Sheets
