Director of Partner Operations

Job Summary

To build and scale a national network of electrical contractors, the full-time remote Director of Partner Operations will manage partner onboarding, performance metrics, and strategic relationships while ensuring high-quality installation and commissioning of clean energy systems.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and onboard new EPC partners, managing the entire pipeline from outreach to contracting
• Design and maintain a comprehensive Partner Scorecard to track performance metrics and ensure quality outcomes
• Lead strategic partner relationship management, addressing performance gaps and co-developing improvement plans

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partner operations, contractor network management, or business development
• Proven success in building or scaling a contractor or partner network in a complex operational environment
• Deep knowledge of the electrical contracting industry, including licensing and field operations
• Experience designing and implementing partner performance frameworks or KPI systems
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools
