Director of Partner Operations

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of global partner programs, the full-time remote Director of Partner Operations will manage partner program design, technology systems, and team leadership while ensuring alignment across cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of partner program tiers, benefits, and incentive frameworks across various partner types
• Manage the partner technology stack and ensure reliable data flows between partner systems and core infrastructure
• Lead a team of partner operations specialists and drive cross-functional alignment across multiple departments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in channel program, partner operations, or indirect sales operations in B2B software or SaaS
• Demonstrated experience in designing partner program tiers and managing deal registration and co-sell motions
• Hands-on experience with partner technology platforms such as Impartner and Salesforce PRM
• Strong analytical skills to build reporting frameworks and interpret partner performance data
