Director of Partner Operations
Job Summary
Driving the optimization of a comprehensive partner program, the full-time Director of Partner Operations will manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance and performance tracking in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Redesign and launch a comprehensive partner program, including onboarding, certification, and lifecycle management
- Develop and execute partner marketing strategies to enhance engagement and sales alignment
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to support successful partner initiatives and ensure contractual obligations are met
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS partner program management, including strategic partnerships and channel marketing
- Proven track record of collaborating with various departments to execute partner initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience in defining KPIs and measuring partner performance
- Exceptional program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
