Job Summary

Driving value and strategic go-to-market motions, the full-time salaried Director of Partner Portfolio will oversee a portfolio of fifteen newly invested partner organizations, ensuring they fulfill obligations, accelerate revenue, and establish joint business plans in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the execution of joint business plans, measuring progress against target accounts and marketing KPIs
• Drive partner-led growth by accelerating the partner-sourced pipeline and identifying new market opportunities
• Establish product-specific certification targets to enhance partners' technical capabilities and practice size

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships within venture-backed ecosystems or high-growth alliances
• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business growth and pipeline acceleration
• Deep understanding of alliance organizations and cross-functional go-to-market execution
• Proven experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to resolve partner challenges
• Strong operational rigor with experience in tracking performance metrics and compliance obligations
