Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Partner Field Sales (West / Mid-Market).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales leadership and partners to enhance planning and customer prospecting for new customer growth
  • Drive regional sales engagements with various partner types and pathways
  • Develop and execute joint business and territory account mapping plans with partners
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a regional or national partner sales role in the IT Operations and/or IT Security industry
  • Experience in creating geographic partner business or national/global partnerships
  • Proven success as a quota-carrying seller or in a business development position
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships independently
  • Desire to oversee all aspects of a partner lifecycle, including profiling and recruitment
