Job Summary
To lead the expansion of a partner network, the full-time remote Director of Partner Sales will be responsible for recruiting and managing partnerships across various segments while building and overseeing a team to drive channel growth and accountability.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and grow Payzli's partner network across agents/ISOs, bank partnerships, and ISV relationships
- Build, hire, and manage a team of Partner Sales Representatives, setting quotas and driving accountability
- Coordinate with the Partner Success team to ensure partner activation and long-term performance
Required qualifications
- Established experience in payments, fintech, or merchant services with an existing network of relevant contacts
- Proven track record in recruiting and managing channel partners at scale
- Prior experience building or managing a sales team
- Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to handle a high-volume prospect book
- Proficiency in HubSpot or equivalent CRM preferred
