Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Partner Services - Client Enablement & Project Management Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable toolkits, templates, and frameworks for client onboarding and engagement
• Manage internal strategic projects to enhance delivery operations and client experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, client success, or internal strategy roles
• Strong project management skills with experience in building scalable systems
• Experience managing internal initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
• Background in healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise services is highly desirable
• PMP-certification is preferred
