• Extensive experience in fintech partnerships, strategy consulting, or partner operations
• Experience in building and leading a team
• Proven ability to break down complex partner problems into actionable solutions
• Commercial instinct with the ability to model fee economics and deal structures
• Strong cross-functional fluency across legal, compliance, product, and engineering
