Job Summary
Leading post-sale success and implementation efforts, the full-time remote Director of Partner Solutions will manage onboarding, adoption, and retention for strategic healthcare partners, ensuring seamless integration and measurable value from the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own partner success by leading onboarding, implementation, and long-term retention efforts for healthcare customers
- Serve as the primary contact for partners, building relationships with executive sponsors and operational leaders
- Drive adoption and measurable outcomes by integrating the platform into daily workflows and achieving operational goals
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in leading implementations or post-sale delivery for healthcare technology or SaaS platforms
- Experience working with healthcare providers and understanding ambulatory practice workflows and revenue cycle operations
- Cardiology experience is required; oncology experience is a plus
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and drive long-term customer success
- Familiarity with ambulatory EHR platforms such as athenaOne, NextGen, or eClinicalWorks
