Director of Partner Solutions
Job Summary
Managing strategic technical alliances with cloud and AI partners, the full-time Director of Partner Solutions will lead a team of Partner Solution Architects, drive integration strategies, and oversee technical engagements with major cloud providers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop Dynatrace's strategic technical alliances with prioritized cloud and AI native partner accounts
- Direct the team's technical engagement with AWS, Azure, and GCP partner engineering and solutions architecture organizations
- Collaborate with partner marketing to develop and execute joint go-to-market campaigns and ecosystem events
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical alliance management, or partner engineering
- 4+ years in a technical leadership role managing a team of solution architects or partner engineers
- Deep technical expertise in cloud-native architectures and hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proven ability to influence product roadmap at the VP/Director level based on partner ecosystem technical requirements
